My greatest passion lies in the creative process. From crafting marketing ​strategies and communication plans to developing and activating campaigns, I ​collaborate with teams to identify challenges and deliver optimal solutions.


The key strengths I bring to any business include a calm and composed presence ​within a team, a thoughtful approach to solving problems, and a forward-looking ​mindset always seeking improvement.


In my spare time, you’ll find me loving life with my little family, jet-setting to new ​places, diving into Yorkshire’s awesome food scene, walking my chocolate ​Labrador, or passionately supporting the Welsh Rugby Team!

Managing the Arla Foods relationship, I worked with a team to grow the income ​200%+. Working closely with the client, we executed NPD product launches, imp​lemented brand strategies and developed retailer exclusive campaigns.

Managing brand retailtainment within Asda, I handled the implantation of WOW and ​business-wide processes for this new revenue stream. Activating campaigns for clients, fr​om Mondelez to P&G and Red Bull to Carlsberg, I grew the bus​iness by 60% in 3 months.

A start up agency, and one of the first dedicated Shopper Marketing agencies in Sydney, I ​took part in building the agency and implementing processes. Also, working with the owners ​I was responsible for Diageo, the main account within the agency.
